You will play a pivotal role in accelerating Pega’s growth through our most strategic alliances in the Americas, like Ernst and Young, Capgemini and others. This role sits at the intersection of executive relationships, go‑to‑market strategy, and field execution—driving brand awareness via sell‑with and sell‑through motions across Pega’s full portfolio in close alignment with product group and our direct sales organization.


What You'll Do at Pega:


+ C-Level Relationship Development & Engagement Expansion

+ Lead and expand executive‑level relationships in geo, while executing planning, governance, and operational excellence, ensuring alignment on joint investment areas, go‑to‑market priorities, and revenue outcomes.

+ Leverage executive relationships to secure strategy and initiative alignment and sponsorship

+ Lead key executive business cadences, like quarterly business reviews, executive briefings, and large events like PegaWorld and partner summits.

+ Grow Pega’s brand at the partner, across various field, industry and business units. Ensuring that Pega is embedded in the primary sales plays for the partner’s sellers.

+ Go-To-Market Strategy & Offering Development

+ Drive adoption of co-branded Blueprints, campaigns, and thought leadership to elevate Pega’s presence

+ Co‑create and execute in geo differentiated sales plays, joint solutions, and market messaging that position Pega and the partner as strategic transformation partners

+ Revenue & Performance Management

+ Drive measurable partner‑led growth by delivering sourced and joint pipeline

+ Track key metrics including pipeline, certifications, Blueprint usage, and specializations

+ Enablement & Partner Development

+ Enable partners to position Pega Cloud, GenAI Blueprint, and Agentic AI in prospecting and active deals while championing certification currency

+ Support delivery readiness with PDSMs on project planning and resource strategies


Who You Are:


+ You are located on the East Coast and can travel to and from partner sites when needed

+ You are an expert relationship builder and can develop strategic partnerships that generate mutually beneficial revenue for your company and your partners. You understand the partner co-sell and resell models and have demonstrated success

+ Prior experience with enterprise workflow, AI/ML, or low-code platforms

+ Familiarity with Pega's product portfolio (Pega Cloud, Customer Decision Hub, Pega GenAI Blueprint, Intelligent Automation)

+ Existing relationships within advisory partners like Ernst and Young and/or large systems integrators in Pega’s ecosystem


What You've Accomplished:


+ 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, alliances, or partner/channel management — with a demonstrated focus on large Advisory or Systems Integrators

+ Proven C-level access and influence at one or more Tier 1 Advisory or Systems Integrators, or comparable organizations

+ Deep GTM expertise: track record of building and launching joint solution offerings, co-selling programs, and demand generation

+ Experience driving brand positioning and mindshare within large SI organizations — from practice leadership to business development and capture teams

+ Exceptional executive communication, storytelling, and executive-level presentation skills

+ Demonstrated ability to navigate matrixed organizations and build cross-functional coalitions internally and externally

+ Bachelor's degree preferred

+ Ability to travel strategically for partner executive meetings, events, and onsite engagements

Additional Information


Base salary range for this role is 149,800 - 228,400 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.


The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
