    Description

    We are partnered with a premier, independent global consulting firm that specializes in helping clients navigate their most critical strategic decisions, particularly within transactions, complex disputes, and corporate crises.They are currently seeking a Director of Construction Project Advisory & Disputes to join their growing Construction Practice. This role is a blend of high-level project advisory and dispute resolution. You will be a key driver in our US expansion, taking on a leadership role that balances business development, complex project management, and the mentorship of junior consultants.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Commercial Leadership: Leverage your industry expertise to develop a commercial network, lead sales projects, and structure winning proposals and scopes of work.
    • Project Management: Manage multiple large-scale, complex projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines and quality standards are met.
    • Client Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for clients and engagement partners; manage expectations, communications, and business risks.
    • Technical Excellence: Provide quality supervision of complex analyses and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
    • Business Operations: Take an active role in firm administration, including managing project profitability, invoicing processes, and internal development initiatives.


    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, or an Engineering discipline.
    • Experience: 8–10 years of applicable experience in construction consulting, forensic accounting, or project advisory.
    • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
    • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and industry-standard project scheduling software (Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project).
