HCT seeks an experienced compliance professional to serve as the Interim Director of Compliance for a healthcare system in the southwestern US. Responsibilities include:
Develop compliance program infrastructure and governance, including board reporting, compliance monitoring, risk assessment, and presentation of monthly compliance reports to the Board of Directors.
Lead the organization's compliance program by completing and enhancing compliance policies, procedures, education initiatives, and audit activities,
Requirements:
Education: Bachelors Degree required.
Experience: The ideal candidate should have experience developing a compliance program, managing audits, completing policy work, conducting investigations, and delivering board-level reporting. The position requires full-scope compliance expertise — not just clinical or survey/Joint Commission compliance, but broader organizational compliance including complaint investigations.
Certifications: At least one certification in Compliance is required (CHC, CHPC, or CHRC)
