The Director, Communications, Audio, is responsible for leading the Broadcast Audio and Communications team and overseeing the successful execution of complex audio and communications production projects across multiple markets. This role provides strategic leadership for project delivery, technical excellence, operational performance, resource planning, client satisfaction, and financial results. The Director partners with Sales, Market Leadership, Operations, Engineering, and Production teams to develop technical solutions, drive operational consistency, optimize resource utilization, and ensure exceptional client experiences while achieving company profitability goals.

CA, CO, IL, NY, NJ and NV: The pay range for this position is estimated to be $150,000 - $200,000 per year. Actual pay to be determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant combined with location and alignment with market data.
