Our Loyalty team is the strategic force behind United's industry-leading loyalty experience, supporting revenue growth by turning customers into lifelong United flyers. Our communications, market research, and loyalty teams drive travelers' familiarity and engagement with United. And when customers choose United again and again, that's because the loyalty team has been hard at work crafting an award-winning program. Our loyalty team manages United MileagePlus, building travel and lifestyle partnerships that customers can engage with every day, and works with our Star Alliance partners to ensure United can take you anywhere you want to go.
Job Overview and Responsibilities
The Director of Cobrand Card Acquisitions leads the strategic growth and optimization of United's domestic card portfolios within MileagePlus. This role owns the full acquisition funnel-from targeting and media planning to product-market fit and channel strategy-partnering closely with one of the largest banks in the US, creative and media agencies, and cross-functional leaders. With a mandate to drive performance across all customer acquisition touchpoints, this leader will shape product evolution, campaign architecture, and data-driven decisioning across owned, paid, affiliate, and partner channels. This position is critical to the continued transformation of the loyalty business into a high-performing, AI-enabled marketing engine and growth driver for United Airlines.

The base pay range for this role is $159,790.00 to $207,998.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
