Summary of Position:
Oversees the coordination and management of registered nurses or clinical navigator teams across multiple departments or facilities. This role is responsible for standardizing navigation processes, implementing best practices, and ensuring consistent quality of patient care. The director also provides leadership, training, and support to the clinical navigation team, facilitates communication among stakeholders, and monitors program outcomes to drive continuous improvement. Will work to enhance the program with innovative technology and strategies to best serve our patient population.

Minimum Qualifications:
a. Registered Nurse with current license to practice in the State of Ohio or RRT credentialed.
b. Bachelor Degree of Science or equivalent in healthcare related field.

a. Five (5) years' experience in clinical navigation with increasingly responsible leadership experience.
b. Demonstrated ability to network and solve problems within a multidisciplinary team.
c. Previous leadership experience preferred.
a. Demonstrates ability to communicate clearly and verbally and in writing.
b. Ability to analyze, use clinical research outcomes, and aggregate data effectively.
c. Ability to work independently and as a team member; to prioritize and solve problems.
d. Strong collaborative consensus-building skills.
e. Ability to empathize with and be sensitive to patients.
f. Maintenance of knowledge base of current practice standards in oncology nursing through evidence of recertification and/or continuing education.
g. Strong organizational and project management skills.
h. Population Specific Competency: Ability to effectively interact with patients/customers with the understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignity
a. Sedentary: Exerts up to ten pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently.

The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials. Many factors, such as years of relevant experience and geographical location are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.
