About the Role

The Director of Clinic Growth & Operations will report to our AVP - Clinic Operations leader. This Director will be a key player in leading strategy, expansion, and performance optimization across our clinic network. This leader will drive measurable growth, improve operational performance, and scale high-quality care delivery models. The role blends strategic planning, financial rigor, and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, mission-driven healthcare environment.
