The Director, Client Services is our Superfly agent and the main point of contact to ensure that we exceed our clients’ expectations, and that our client relationships reflect Superfly’s core values.  He/she will establish role responsibilities of the team to manage client projects and activations and be responsible for team interaction with our clients and brands.  The Director will effectively communicate key account information to the team, Executives and Partners.  We are currently open to both Director and Senior Director levels of experience.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Manage multiple clients / brands and their business
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships, and at a senior level, be responsible for organic growth 
  • Oversee client needs, staffing, strategy, quality of work, and budgeting
  • Develop and oversee turnkey, multi-discipline marketing programs from start to finish
  • Responsible for presenting internal and external reports such as briefs and event re-caps
  • Provide leadership and contribute to the development of the client services team  
  • Manage, support, and hold accountable our team of program managers and coordinators in cross department functions
  • Oversee vendors and independent contractors for events (securing, contracting and payment)
  • Serve as a liaison between the client and any program partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Strategy, Programming, Creative and Operations)
  • Contribute to new business development and thought leadership opportunities

  • College degree, preferably in marketing
  • Agency experience and strong client contacts a plus
