$135,000–$160,000 Base + Discretionary Bonus

We are seeking an experienced Director of Client Operations to lead delivery for a large, complex enterprise digital engagement in Dallas.

This is a newly created position due to significant account growth and will serve as a critical connection point between the client, internal teams, agency partners, technology resources, and project stakeholders. This person will bring structure to complex initiatives, keep multiple workstreams moving forward, and confidently navigate a large enterprise environment with numerous stakeholders and competing priorities.

This is not simply a Project Manager role. We are looking for someone who combines strong program and project management discipline with strategic thinking, executive presence, technical understanding, and exceptional client relationship skills.   What You’ll Do
  • Own end-to-end delivery across complex, large-scale digital and technology initiatives
  • Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, priorities, and overall project health
  • Serve as the central point of coordination across multiple internal teams, client stakeholders, agencies, vendors, and technology partners
  • Bring structure and clarity to projects involving multiple workstreams and overlapping responsibilities
  • Establish and lead recurring project governance, status reporting, prioritization, dependency management, and escalation processes
  • Work side-by-side with client stakeholders in Dallas as a trusted strategic and operational partner
  • Navigate complex client organizations and effectively manage competing priorities, personalities, and expectations
  • Identify potential roadblocks early and develop practical solutions and mitigation plans
  • Provide strategic guidance while maintaining ownership of the details necessary to keep programs moving forward
  • Partner with internal leadership to strengthen and grow the client relationship
  • Guide and mentor project managers and producers supporting assigned initiatives
  • Lead through influence across teams and stakeholders without direct reporting authority
  • Ensure consistent project and program management standards across engagements
  • Communicate project status, risks, recommendations, and business impact clearly to senior and executive-level stakeholders
  • Support future business opportunities and expanded client initiatives as the account continues to grow
  What We’re Looking For
  • Approximately 9–12+ years of project, program, client operations, or digital delivery experience
  • Agency experience required
  • Proven experience supporting large enterprise clients and complex, multi-workstream initiatives
  • Strong project and program management background with the ability to operate at both the strategic and tactical level
  • Experience coordinating multiple agencies, vendors, technical teams, and client stakeholders within a single large-scale program
  • Technical experience within digital, marketing technology, software, or related environments
  • Adobe and/or Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies, including Scrum
  • Ability to identify ownership gaps, resolve ambiguity, and keep projects moving without requiring constant direction
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate effectively with senior-level client stakeholders
  • Politically savvy with the judgment to navigate complex corporate environments and sensitive client situations
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-moving, highly visible environment
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence rather than direct authority
  • Self-directed with the ability to manage a demanding workload with minimal supervision
  Location
  • Dallas/Fort Worth candidates only
  • Hybrid schedule combining remote work with regular onsite client collaboration
  • Candidates must be able to commute to the client’s corporate office in Dallas
  • Regular face-to-face interaction with client stakeholders is an important part of this position
  Compensation
  • $135,000–$160,000 base salary, depending on experience
  • Discretionary bonus opportunity
  • Direct-hire opportunity
  Why This Opportunity?
  • Newly created position driven by significant account growth
  • Opportunity to support a large, established enterprise client
  • High-visibility role working directly with senior client stakeholders
  • Lead complex digital and technology initiatives involving multiple agencies and cross-functional teams
  • Combination of strategic leadership, client partnership, technology, and program delivery
  • Opportunity to make an immediate impact within a growing account
  • No direct reports, while still having significant leadership responsibility and influence across projects and teams

This role is ideal for an experienced agency-side program leader who knows how to walk into a complicated enterprise environment, figure out who owns what, bring the right people together, communicate confidently with executives, and keep a major digital initiative moving forward.
