Job Summary:
To oversee and direct the Children's Safe Center. To provide oversight for the business activity of the division, including but not limited to strategic planning and goal setting, personnel management and staff development, grants management, division financial reporting, and building and maintaining internal and external relationships. To serve as part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for development, implementation, and management of programs designed to improve the medical care and judicial processes for child abuse and neglect in a manner that limits additional trauma to the child victim.
Education & Experience
Master's degree in a business related field and four years of senior financial and administrative management experience, or bachelor's degree in a business related field and six years of senior financial and administrative management experience. Experience cannot be substituted for educational requirement. MBA preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, and the coordination of people and resources. Knowledge of child protective services, available resources, and state and federal agencies. Verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal skills to interact with a wide range of constituencies and officials. Organizational and problem resolution skills. Ability to build and sustain professional coalitions and relationships.
