The Director, Change Management will serve as the enterprise-wide architect of organizational change strategy at LocumTenens.com. This role leads the design, governance, and delivery of change strategy across the full corporate transformation portfolio, ensuring that large-scale initiatives are adopted with speed, discipline, and lasting impact. The Director translates enterprise strategy into actionable change architecture-shaping how the organization moves, adapts, and sustains transformation at scale.
Operating at the intersection of enterprise strategy and organizational effectiveness, the Director, Change Management owns the end-to-end change agenda for LocumTenens.com's transformation program. This role is responsible for setting standard for how change is led across the organization-driving portfolio-level change strategy, establishing governance and methodology, and serving as a trusted advisor to portfolio leadership. The Director ensures transformation investments deliver sustained adoption, measurable value, and a culture capable of continuous change.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
Change Strategy & Transformation Architecture - 45%
Owns the enterprise change strategy for LocumTenens.com's transformation portfolio, including the frameworks, governance model, and methodology that govern how all change initiatives are planned, sequenced, and executed.
Leads enterprise-wide stakeholder impact analysis, organizational readiness assessment, and change saturation management to protect the organization's capacity and accelerate value realization across concurrent initiatives.
Drives Enterprise Change Communication Strategy:
Sets the strategic direction for enterprise-wide change communications, ensuring all messaging connects transformation initiatives to business strategy, leader expectations, and individual impact across every level of the organization.
Governs a portfolio-level communication calendar, ensuring coordinated cadence, executive voice alignment, and audience-tailored messaging across all transformation workstreams.
Partners with senior leaders and communications teams to ensure transformation narratives are compelling, consistent, and reinforced at every channel and touchpoint.
Directs Organizational Enablement Strategy:
Advises the development of training content, performance support tools, and enablement of resources that accelerate adoption across the full transformation portfolio.
Governs Portfolio-Level Change Execution:
Establishes and governs enterprise change networks, champion programs, and real-time adoption feedback mechanisms that surface resistance and create grassroots momentum at scale.
Designs and facilitates executive workshops, cross-functional sessions, and stakeholder alignment forums to build organizational ownership of transformation direction and outcomes.
Ensures all change strategies are appropriately scoped, resourced, and governed relative to initiative complexity, organizational risk, and transformation ambition.
Directly leads change strategy for the highest-priority transformation initiatives, serving as change advisor while building the internal change capability of project teams, sponsors, and people leaders across the enterprise.
