A Director of Case Management is needed at the largest acute care facility in Nevada, located in Las Vegas, NV. The hospital is a comprehensive stroke center — recognized with the Gold Plus Performance Achievement Award — and is home to the state's only fresh post-op Pediatric Cardiac ICU, serving Las Vegas and the broader Southwest region for nearly six decades.

The role. Reporting to facility CFO and Division Case Management leadership, the Director holds full operational accountability for all aspects of hospital case management, overseeing staffing model design, skill mix, FTEs, onboarding, and staff competencies. The Director ensures rigorous adherence to care coordination and discharge planning processes — including timeliness, documentation quality, and regulatory compliance — while actively engaging interdisciplinary teams that span the CMO, CNO, ancillary service leaders, and ethics and compliance partners. A core responsibility is analyzing operational and outcomes data to identify gaps and implement sustainable performance improvement initiatives. The Director also cultivates and maintains strategic relationships with physicians and the post-acute community to support seamless continuity of care across the care continuum. Candidates must bring executive presence, strong change management capability, and a demonstrated record of delivering measurable results with minimal supervision.

What we're looking for.

  • Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or Business Administration preferred
  • Active licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) required
  • 3+ years of acute care hospital case management experience required
  • 2+ years of case management leadership experience required
  • Extensive case management leadership background with demonstrated ability to independently review data, develop action plans, and build strategic relationships with physicians and the post-acute community

Schedule. Full-time, days, with rotating weekends; shifts are 7–10 hours.

Compensation. $135,004 - $202,555 per year plus $18 sign-on bonus
