ConstructionExecs is conducting a confidential search for a Director of Capital Markets on behalf of a rapidly growing commercial real estate investment and development firm. This executive will play a critical role in securing debt and equity capital, building institutional lending relationships, and supporting the firm's continued acquisition and development strategy. Responsibilities

• Lead debt and equity capital raising efforts for commercial real estate acquisitions and developments.
• Source, structure, negotiate, and close financing with banks, life companies, debt funds, CMBS lenders, and institutional investors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with lenders, equity partners, family offices, and investment firms.
• Evaluate financing alternatives and recommend optimal capital structures.
• Coordinate financing activities with acquisitions, development, legal, accounting, and asset management teams.
• Prepare investment memorandums, lender presentations, and financial analyses.
• Monitor capital markets, interest rate trends, and lending conditions.
• Support portfolio refinancing, recapitalizations, and disposition strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in capital markets, commercial real estate finance, investment banking, private equity, or commercial lending.
• Demonstrated success raising debt and equity capital for commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong financial modelling and underwriting skills.
• Experience negotiating complex loan structures and financing agreements.
• An established network of institutional lenders and capital providers is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
