Pay Range: $100k to 250k uncapped commission (top earners up to $250K+)

Location: Houston Metro (Field-based, travel around Southeast Texas

Position Overview

Join our Houston team as an Outside Sales Representative with Leaf Home Water Solutions. You'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners, conduct in-home water quality demonstrations, tests, and present tailored filtration solutions that protect families and boost home health.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with homeowners about water test results and filtration needs

• Follow Leafs proven one-call-close methodology

• Handle common objections using our LARIC + FeelFeltFound system

• Close deals onsite and coordinate with installation teams
