As a Direct Support Provider for CORTZ Services, LLC, we have positions available in Akron, Barberton, Stow, & Northfield. Competitive Pay-rates which are dependent upon experience and current certifications like CPR or medication. No experience, it is not a problem. We train you and get you set up to begin your new career path. We are looking for passionate, caring individuals to join our team to enhance the quality of life and quality of care of individuals with intellectual disabilities.


Essential Duties include:
  • Maintaining a therapeutic relationship with the residents 
  • Maintains order & cleanliness in the homes.
  • Meal Prep
  • Safety of the physical environment in the home 
  • Completing all required documentation for treatment data and service provision
  • Transportation as the individuals need for appointments. 
  • errands, and community outings. 
  • Must conduct all job-related activities in compliance with relevant Ohio statutes, clinic policies, and procedures. 
  • Initiates and maintains positive relationships with individuals served, co-workers, and supervisors, and environmental demands.

  • Criminal background checks - Federal and State, Federal exclusion screen 
  • Drug testing. 
  • Reference checks
