Location: Moorhead, MN

Schedule: Every Other Weekend; Day Shift

Wage: $22 - $24

Blue Sky Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional who has the desire to see others succeed while working for teens and adults with disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses in a residential home setting. 

This position would be scheduled for day shift every other weekend. 

The primary purpose of this position is to:

• Support clients (females and males ages 10-18) succeed in everyday activities.
• Support positive strategies to improve behaviors and outcomes.
• Ensure the health and safety of the individuals served.
• Work in a great new residential home setting, with ongoing training provided.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED,
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of Direct Support or a related field experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass a background study.
