We're seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to care for our wonderful individuals with developmental disabilities and enhance their quality of life. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and valid vehicle insurance as specified by the MD.

Before applying: Direct Support Professional MUST be able to work all of the hours.
HOURS FOR THIS POSITION: Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday, 9 AM -  4 PM.
Please ensure you have a fully insured, reliable car. Gas stipend available.

Job Summary
We're seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to care for our wonderful individuals with developmental disabilities and enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities 

• Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
• Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
• Promote independence in daily activities, such as work, learning, and leisure.
• Facilitate the individual's inclusion in the community's experiences and activities.
• Maintaining knowledge of the individual's requirements.
• Comply with the Agency's policies and procedures.
• Maintaining documentation in compliance with the Agency's procedures 
• Additional duties upon request

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a DSP or similar role.
• High School Diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
• CPR and first aid certification.
• Completion of the provided Agency training
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and valid vehicle insurance as specified by the MD
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand proactively and physically support the individual
• Capable of using a smartphone.
