Direct Support Professional Supervisor - Residential

Pay: $25.00-$26.92/hour

New Hire Sign-On Bonus: $4,000

Schedule: Sunday rotating shift hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM, alternating weekly. Monday through Wednesday: 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Seven Hills Foundation's Stetson School is seeking a Direct Support Professional Supervisor - Residential to provide leadership and oversight to direct care staff while helping ensure a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for students.

In this role, you'll supervise and develop residential staff, coordinate daily operations, oversee programming, and serve as a key leader on the residential team. You'll play an important role in ensuring students receive consistent, respectful, and high-quality support.

What You'll Do:

  • Supervise, coach, and support Child Care Specialists and Senior Child Care Specialists.

  • Oversee staff orientation, performance evaluations, training, and professional development.

  • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, scheduling, staffing coverage, and addressing attendance or performance concerns.

  • Coordinate daily residential programming, recreation, skills groups, and community integration activities.

  • Oversee implementation of behavior management strategies and individualized student plans.

  • Serve as Team-in-Charge and Campus-in-Charge as assigned, responding to staffing needs and operational issues.

  • Ensure staff maintain appropriate student supervision, professional boundaries, and standards of care.

  • Promote a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for students and staff.

  • Ensure compliance with Stetson School policies, safety procedures, behavioral protocols, and documentation requirements.

  • Oversee health and safety activities, including drills, inspections, room searches, and medication procedures as trained and authorized.

  • Review unit documentation and ensure required reports and records are completed accurately and on time.

  • Collaborate with residential, clinical, educational, and administrative teams to address student and program needs.

  • Model professionalism, teamwork, and respectful interactions with students, families, and staff.

  • Perform direct care responsibilities when needed and other duties as assigned.
