What Your Day Might Look Like: No two days are exactly the same! As an IHS Professional, you will be a mentor, a guide, and a companion. Your focus will be on:

• Empowering Independence: Assisting individuals with their unique daily routines, helping them build confidence in their own homes.
  
  
• Community Adventures: Getting out and about! Whether it’s going to a local event, grabbing a coffee, shopping, or just enjoying a walk in the park.
  
  
• Achieving Goals: Cheering on the individuals you support as they work toward their personal, social, and wellness goals.
  
  
• Creating a Safe Space: Providing gentle guidance, emotional support, and a positive environment where people can truly thrive.
