In this role, you will empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives in a supportive community setting. Key Responsibilities Daily Living Support: Assist individuals with personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Plan Implementation: Carry out Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and Behavioral Support Plans (BSPs). Medication & Logging: Safely administer medications and maintain accurate daily progress notes in electronic health records (EHR). Community Engagement: Encourage personal choice, self-advocacy, recreational activities, and community involvement. Environment: Maintain a clean, safe, and positive living environment for all residents.
