  • Partner with people to support daily living and community participation
  • Encourage skills that promote independence, self-advocacy, and inclusion
  • Provide support with routines, personal care, cooking, and activities that build confidence

What We’re Looking For:

  • Team players ready to work flexible shifts and connect with people
  • Caregiving experience is helpful, but not required—we provide training!
  • Availability to work at least one weekend and one overnight shift

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills
  • Must have basic math skills
  • Must have a proven work history
  • Must have the ability to work with a diverse group of people in a team setting
  • Must be available to work various shifts
  • Must meet the eligibility requirements of the auto insurance company providing coverage for OCCK vehicles
  • One year working in the field of human services preferred
  • A high school diploma or GED is required
