    What You’ll Do

    • Support daily routines (cooking, cleaning, personal care with the client)
    • Help clients get into the community and stay engaged
    • Follow care plans and goals
    • Communicate with families and your team
    • Complete notes and documentation 
    • Ensure safety and well-being at all times

    Current Clients Needing Additional Support 

    Client 1: (NE Portland)

    • Female | 24yrs | 97220
    • Schedule: Two days a week, four hours at a time (doesnt have the exact days of the week just yet- might fit with your schedule) 
    • Likes/About: admired for her intelligence, sweetness, and kindness, is tenacious and hard working, enjoys communicating with others
    • Needs: Support during social and physical activities, ensuing she remains engaged and continues her journey towards independence, work with her on her ADLS  & IADLS, helping her to get into the community more.

    Client 2: (NE Portland)

    • Female | 24 | 97212
    • Schedule: Saturday only 3.5 hours- 10am/11am start 
    • Likes: Dance, crafts, and has a curious nature 
    • Needs: Physically active, someone to enjoy crafts with her, is sensitive to clients needs and wants and in general a sensitive nature, and builds a good rapport with client 

    Client 3: (NW Portland)

    • Female | 17 | 97229
    • Schedule: Mon 1:30pm-5:30pm, Wed 1:00-5:30pm, Thur 4:00-6:30, Fri 2:00-5:00pm
    • Likes: Friendships, community outings, family, equine riding, therapy
    • Needs; Someone that is patient and will take the time to talk with the client and get to know her and help her to feel comfortable, Someone who is close(r) in age to client so they have things in common, help with verbal cues, help with ADLS & IADLS,  help with socialization with peers 

     

    Requirements

    • 18+ years old
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 1+ year of caregiving or related experience
    • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
    • Smartphone required
    • Must be able to successfully pass all state-required background checks and meet all ODDS employment eligibility requirements.
    • CPR/First Aid/AED (or willing to obtain)

     

    Pay & Benefits

    • $24.00/hour
