For more than 50 years, Crest Services has been a faith-based, nonprofit organization dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centered support to individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health conditions, and traumatic brain injuries. As a DSP Mentor, you'll play an important leadership role within your home—providing direct support to residents while helping train, mentor, and guide new DSP team members. If you're an experienced caregiver who is ready to take on more responsibility and help build a strong, supportive team, this could be the opportunity for you.
As a Direct Support Professional Mentor, you'll provide hands-on support to individuals while serving as a leader and resource for the DSP team.
