    Witco is currently seeking Job Coaches to provide on the job support and mentorship to people with disabilities at their places of employment.

    Part Time - Days, Evenings and Weekdays and Weekends,

    Job Support Professionals work with people with disabilities at their job site to provide skills training with job tasks and interpersonal skills necessary to acquire and maintain community employment.

    • Assist with job skill development through positive reinforcement and encourage independence by prompting and redirecting.
    • Advocate to promote inclusion, encourage attitudes and behaviors that enhance community inclusion.
    • Promote Physical and Emotional Well-being
