Job Summary
We are seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our team! In this role, you will make a difference in the community and in the lives of people with disabilities by enhancing their quality of life. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable. 
 
General Requirements:

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
• 18 years of age or older.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Must have a reliable transportation, valid driver's license, current auto insurance and DMV printout stating a clean record with NO DUI or Reckless Driving convictions (Assistance with arranging transportation).
• Provide companionship and conversation.

 
Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred
• First aid and CPR certified
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
