What You’ll Do

As a DSP, you’ll play a vital role in enriching the lives of those we serve by:

Providing personal care, mobility support, and emotional encouragement
Assisting with daily routines and living tasks
Engaging residents in fun, therapeutic, and meaningful activities
Building strong, trusting relationships with residents and families
Ensuring a safe, dignified, and respectful living environment

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED required
