Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30am to 3:30pm

ASPiRE! is looking for compassionate, energetic, and dependable individuals to join our team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP I). In this rewarding role, you'll support adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities by helping them achieve greater independence, participate in meaningful activities, and enjoy a fulfilling day program experience.

What You'll Do

• Support individuals with personal care, mobility, and daily living needs
• Encourage independence, choice-making, and skill development
• Plan and lead engaging recreational and community-based activities
• Assist with positive behavioral supports and individualized care plans
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
• Transport participants to and from program activities as needed
• Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team dedicated to person-centered care
