The day to day:- Provide supports with Activities of Daily Living including personal cares
- Support in transportation to various appointments and activities
- Attend medical appointments and relay necessary information
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming living environment
- Complete household responsibilities such as laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation
- Teach and reinforce valuable life skills
- Provide companionship, guidance, and advocacy
- Accurately document care to ensure continuity of support

Location: Hastings, MNWage: $28.00/hourSchedule(s) Awake overnight 9pm-7amWhat You Need:- Commitment to learning
- Patience and flexibility
- Ability to provide support using Person Centered Practices
- Strong teamwork skills
- Comfortable communicating what is working and what is not working
- At least 18 years of age
- A valid MN driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check through DHS
Experience Preferred With:- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Positive Behavioral Supports / Behavioral Intervention Techniques
- Complex Medical conditions
- Communication Devices
