BHSSC is comprised of five divisions dedicated to aiding school districts, individuals, and the communities.Salary-$20.00 per hour; differential pay varies for eligible shifts ($3.00/hour for evenings, $4.00/hour for nights and weekends, and double time for BHSSC designated holidays)Job Type-Full-timeBHSSC is a 24/7 program. DSP positions may involve working evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the needs of the individuals being supported.Work Location-Sturgis, SDJob Description-DSPs work with people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing the support they need in daily life. This position requires a compassionate individual who is dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities or special needs. The successful candidate will have the ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when necessary.
