Key ResponsibilitiesCompanionship & Engagement: Spend quality, meaningful time with residents to support their daily routines and personal interests.Daily Living Support: Provide minimal assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed.Health & Safety: Administer medication reminders and assist with safe transportation to and from appointments when necessary.Individualized Care & Collaboration: Understand and respect each resident's unique personality, behaviors, and needs. Actively contribute your own insights and ideas to their personalized support plans.
