Brighter Day Adult Services is hiring compassionate, dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This position involves active engagement, assisting with daily living skills, and supporting participation in community activities.

Your Role Will Include:

• Assisting with personal care, daily living skills, and household tasks
  
  
• Encouraging and supporting community engagement activities
  
  
• Following structured schedules and individualized support plans
  
  
• Documenting services provided and maintaining compliance standards
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with individuals with ID/DD/MH
  
  
• Current TOVA, Medication Administration, and CPR/First Aid certifications
  
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
