We provide required training and welcome candidates with transferable skills and a willingness to learn. What Opportunities Are Available? Blue Sky provides several types of community-based services. Depending on your interests, experience, availability, and our current openings, you may be considered for one or more of the following roles: - Community Support – Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Help individuals build independence and participate in everyday life. You might assist with daily routines, shopping, appointments, community activities, personal goals, and developing important life skills.
- Employment Support – Job Coach - Work alongside individuals at their community-based jobs, helping them learn tasks, develop workplace skills, build confidence, and succeed at work. Job Coaches typically follow the work schedules of the individuals they support, which may include evenings and weekends.

Position Details - Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience and position
- Location: Detroit Lakes, MN, and surrounding communities
- Schedules: Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Shifts: Daytime, evening, weekend, and other shifts depending on the assignment
- Work Settings: Individual homes, residential settings, community locations, and employment sites
Schedules and available hours vary based on the needs of the individuals we support. Some assignments have consistent, established schedules, while others offer opportunities to pick up additional shifts. What We're Looking For - Ability to successfully complete required background screening
- Ability to complete required training and demonstrate competency for assigned responsibilities
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow individualized support plans
- Ability to use a mobile device for timekeeping, service documentation, and work-related communication
- Dependability, professionalism, and a commitment to providing safe, respectful support
- Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and access to a reliable, appropriately insured vehicle when required for the assignment
- Ability to meet the essential functions and applicable requirements of the assigned position
