We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to an individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Devon, PA.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with daily living activities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting community outings and recreational activities
- Promoting independence and safety
- Documenting care and observations as required
Requirements:
- Prior DSP, caregiver, CNA, or home care experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills
