Direct Support Professional - DSP

We support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities with living their most fulfilling lives. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), no two days are the same. In this role, you could be taking a group to see their favorite artist at SPAC, helping someone learn measurement skills in the kitchen, or assisting with everyday living tasks like laundry. Every moment in this role is a chance to make a meaningful impact.

No experience? No problem! We provide paid training.
