The Direct Support Professional helps people with disabilities live safely and comfortably in their homes and the community. You’ll help with daily needs, household tasks, and community activities while keeping the home clean, safe, and well-organized. You’ll also follow each person’s care plan and work with your team to make sure everyone gets the care and respect they deserve.

High School Diploma or GED
Must be at least 18 years old
Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License
Experience working with individuals with disabilities is helpful, but not required
Able to sit, stand, and walk for several hours each day
Able to lift or move up to 50 pounds when needed
Able to bend, squat, or kneel as part of daily care
