United To Thrive Care LLC is looking for compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our growing team!

What You’ll Do

As a DSP, you will support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities while helping them live meaningful, safe, and more independent lives.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing daily living and personal care support
• Assisting with community activities and appointments
• Supporting individuals with daily routines and life skills
• Providing transportation when required
• Encouraging independence and personal growth
• Following individual care plans and safety guidelines
• Building positive, respectful relationships with the individuals we serve

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for team members who are:

• 18 years of age or older
• Dependable and reliable
• Compassionate and patient
• Professional and respectful
• Able to communicate effectively with individuals, families, and team members
• Willing to learn and follow established care procedures

REQUIRED

• Valid driver's license
• Dependable vehicle
• Reliable transportation to scheduled shifts
