United to Thrive Healthcare is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team!
Our DSPs support individuals with developmental disabilities by promoting independence, dignity, personal growth, and community involvement.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care as assigned.
Encourage independence and help individuals achieve personal goals.
Provide companionship, supervision, and emotional support.
Assist with meal preparation, daily routines, and community outings.
Support participation in community activities and appointments.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow individual support plans.
Promote a safe, respectful, and positive environment.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have a reliable personal vehicle.
Must be dependable, patient, compassionate, and professional.
Must communicate effectively and follow instructions.
Must meet applicable background check and training requirements.
