Direct Support Professional/Caregiver

We are hiring Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in vocational, community, and in-home settings. No experience or degree required just a positive attitude and a desire to make a difference.

Job Title: Direct Support Professional
Location: Hastings, NE
Pay: $16/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday Friday, 8: 00 AM 4: 00 PM
Occasional evenings/weekends for events or training

Overview:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Provide training, assistance, and daily support
  
• 
  Assist individuals in community and work settings
  
• 
  Promote safety, inclusion and independence
  
• 
  Provide transportation and assist with mobility as needed
  
• 
  Complete required documentation (Therap system)
  
• 
  Maintain punctual and reliable attendance
  

Requirements:

• 
  Must be 19 years or older
  
• 
  High School Diploma or GED
  
• 
  Valid Nebraska Driver s License
  
• 
  Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with mobility needs
