Direct Support Professional (DSP) Summary
Misericordia is actively hiring for our Direct Support Professional/Caregiver (DSP) role for our residential areas. This role presents the opportunity to help support our residents in reaching their highest potential. As a DSP, you will be responsible for daily care tasks including personal, activities, meals, outings and more. The DSP will provide supervision and attention throughout the day to ensure the safety of the residents. The DSP role is a great opportunity for a compassionate, motivated individual who is looking to make a lasting impact on the lives of our residents.
Requirements:
Being a DSP/Caregiver at Misericordia Perks:
DSP with HS Diploma/GED Pay Scale
Base pay: $20.00
DSP with 4-year Degree Pay Scale
Base pay: $21.00
