About the Role:
Supreme Senior Living LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Direct Service Provider to join our team in Clermont, FL. Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on personal care and daily living assistance to senior residents
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
• Support medication reminders and monitor overall health and well-being
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Engage residents in social, recreational, and cognitive activities to promote quality of life
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for all clients
• Document and communicate any changes in client condition to supervisory staff

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), caregiver, CNA, or HHA preferred
• Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or special needs individuals
• Ability to assist with physical tasks including lifting, transferring, and repositioning clients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
• Must be able to pass a background check
