NO SALES EXPERIENCE? NO PROBLEM.

Sales experience helps, but personality, confidence and drive matter more. Energy. Resilience. Curiosity. Motivation. And the ability to hear "no" without letting it ruin your Tuesday. If you've worked in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, fundraising or any people-facing role, you may already have more sales skills than you realize.

THIS ISN'T A DESK JOB.

You'll spend your days in Greenlight neighborhoods, meeting residents, introducing our fiber internet and helping people decide if it's right for their home.

Essential Functions:

• Meet prospective customers face-to-face in Greenlight neighborhoods
• Follow up with prospects and build relationships
• Represent Greenlight at community events and local activations
• Set goals, chase them and celebrate when you crush them
• Work alongside a team that wants to win

You'll also need:

• A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and three years of holding a license
• The ability to maintain insurability under Greenlight Networks' auto policy
•  (Ability to perform neighborhood canvassing and outdoor field work for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation)
• Dependable transportation
• Being comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
• Flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends and holidays
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check, conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state and local law.

Compensation: 

The base pay for this position is $20.00 per hour, plus uncapped commission earnings. Actual total compensation will vary based on individual sales performance and achievement of established goals.
