Our client is seeking a full-time on-site Skilled Direct and TTH Recruiter to work in their Bensenville location. The Skilled Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment process for professional roles, negotiating and finalizing job offers, and interviewing candidates. The Skilled Recruiter will also be responsible for sourcing and maintaining a high-quality candidate pipeline, handling documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role requires the recruiter to work in office.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit qualified candidates for skilled direct-hire and temporary positions.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, internal databases, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
- Conduct phone screens, interviews, skills assessments, reference checks, and background screening as needed.
- Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, availability, work history, and client requirements.
- Match candidates to appropriate temporary and direct-hire opportunities.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and anticipated openings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting and placement process.
- Communicate job opportunities, pay rates, schedules, responsibilities, and expectations clearly to candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with the sales/account management team to understand client needs and recruiting priorities.
- Meet recruiting, placement, activity, and performance goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Assist with onboarding and pre-employment processes for temporary employees.
- Stay informed on local labor-market conditions, candidate availability, and compensation trends.
- Provide a high level of customer service to both candidates and clients.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a recruiter in a professional or industrial staffing firm
- Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple professional roles
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with recruiting software (ATS)
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to staffing and recruitment
- Bachelor's degree or Certification is a plus

- Holiday Pay after completing 90 days of service; 8 hours for each of the 9 observed holidays.

- A Vision, Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability plan is provided after completing 30 days of service, with the Company paying 100% of the cost of the plan.
- PTO days are provided based on handbook schedule. Employees start with 8 days. Commissions available for successful Direct Hire placements or Sales Accounts secured.
