    Description

    Looking for a job where you can make a real difference every day? As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at LSS, you’ll support people with identified needs as they pursue their hopes, dreams, and goals through person‑centered care.

    Direct Support Professional: 

    Pay: 

    • Standard DSP pays $17/hour. Upon completion of six months of consistent employment, there is an opportunity to obtain a wage increase up to $17.50/hour. There is also a $3,000 hiring bonus for this position.
    • Awake Overnight DSP pays $17/hour. Upon completion of six months of consistent employment, there is an opportunity to obtain a wage increase up to $17.50/hour. There is also a $3,000 hiring bonus for this position.

    Shifts: 

    • We are currently hiring for a variety of roles, both full-time and part-time. 

    Qualifications: 

    • No education requirements.
    • No previous experience required.
    • A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Check. Not required for overnight shifts!
    • The ability to successfully pass a DHS background check.

    Positive Support Specialist:

    Pay:

    • Positive Support Specialist pays $20/hour. There is also a $2,500 hiring bonus for this position.

    Shifts:

    • We are currently hiring for a variety of roles, both full-time and part-time. 

    Qualifications:

    • One year of working with individuals with maladaptive behavioral history and knowledge of behavior management techniques preferred.
    • One year of CRS, 245D, or SCS experience.
    • A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Check.
    • The ability to successfully pass a DHS background check.

    Work Environment:

    • Residential group home setting supporting up to 4 people with identified needs
