About the Role:Project New Generation LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Worker to join our team in Glendale, AZ. Responsibilities:- Provide hands-on personal care and daily living assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Support clients with mobility, transfers, and physical assistance as needed
- Implement individualized care plans and document progress and observations accurately
- Assist clients with community integration, social activities, and recreational programs
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or well-being to supervisors
- Administer medications and follow health and safety protocols as directed
- Foster a safe, supportive, and positive environment that promotes client independence and dignity
Requirements:- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Previous experience in direct care, caregiving, or a related human services field preferred
- Valid fingerprint clearance card or ability to obtain one
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
