Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Follow individualized care plans and document client progress accurately
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Report any changes in client condition to appropriate supervisors promptly
Requirements
- Previous experience in direct care or a related field preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient with a strong work ethic
- Ability to pass background checks
