Responsibilities:- Provide hands-on personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
- Support clients with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional monitoring
- Administer medication reminders and document care activities accurately
- Offer companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, family members, and healthcare team members
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients
Requirements:- Prior experience in direct care, personal care, or a related healthcare support role preferred
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification is a plus
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable work ethic
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
