Responsibilities:- Assist seniors with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to promote overall well-being
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition and hydration
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment
- Accompany clients to appointments and assist with transportation needs as required
- Follow individualized care plans and document care provided accurately
Requirements:- Prior experience in direct care, home health aide, or a related caregiving role preferred
- Genuine compassion, patience, and empathy when working with elderly individuals
- Ability to assist with physical tasks including lifting, transferring, and supporting clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
