Job Overview
The Director of Continuous Improvement will lead enterprise-wide initiatives that strengthen TE Connectivity's culture of operational excellence. This role is not only about improving processes-it is about developing people, enabling leaders, and embedding a continuous improvement mindset across the organisation. Working globally and cross-functionally, they will align business strategy with execution, foster collaboration, and build the organisational capabilities that drive long-term success.
This is a fully remote opportunity.
Job Requirements
What your background should look like
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
Experience leading enterprise-wide continuous improvement, operational excellence, Lean, or business transformation initiatives.
Ability to influence, coach, and develop leaders at multiple organizational levels.
Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience driving organizational change and building sustainable improvement cultures.
Ability to work effectively across functions, regions, and cultures.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated commitment to fostering inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing teams.
Preferred experience working within or in close partnership with Human Resources, Talent, Organizational Effectiveness, or People functions.
Preferred experience leading, deploying, or supporting Organizational Design initiatives, including operating model, organizational structure, governance, and ways of working transformations.
Experience aligning organizational design and workforce strategies with business objectives and enterprise transformation efforts.
