    Job Overview

    The Director of Continuous Improvement will lead enterprise-wide initiatives that strengthen TE Connectivity's culture of operational excellence. This role is not only about improving processes-it is about developing people, enabling leaders, and embedding a continuous improvement mindset across the organisation. Working globally and cross-functionally, they will align business strategy with execution, foster collaboration, and build the organisational capabilities that drive long-term success.

    This is a fully remote opportunity.

    • Partnering with senior leadership to connect enterprise strategy with day-to-day operations.
    • Embedding standard frameworks and best practices to drive consistency across functions.

    • Building a culture of inclusion, learning, and accountability where employees thrive and innovate.

    What your background should look like

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

    • Experience leading enterprise-wide continuous improvement, operational excellence, Lean, or business transformation initiatives.

    • Ability to influence, coach, and develop leaders at multiple organizational levels.

    • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and problem-solving capabilities.

    • Experience driving organizational change and building sustainable improvement cultures.

    • Ability to work effectively across functions, regions, and cultures.

    • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

    • Demonstrated commitment to fostering inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing teams.

    • Preferred experience working within or in close partnership with Human Resources, Talent, Organizational Effectiveness, or People functions.

    • Preferred experience leading, deploying, or supporting Organizational Design initiatives, including operating model, organizational structure, governance, and ways of working transformations.

    • Experience aligning organizational design and workforce strategies with business objectives and enterprise transformation efforts.
