Schedule: Part-Time, Day and Night Shift Available, No late nights. Our dining room closes at 7pm.

The Dining Room Team Member is responsible for creating an enjoyable dining experience for residents and their guests in accordance with the current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations. Operating under our established WCCB policies and procedures, and as directed by the Dining leadership. Team members working in this position will be trained and expected to perform as, Wait staff, Server, Busser, Runner, Host, Expeditor and Cashier. What You'll Do In This Role
Deliver exceptional dining service to residents and guests in all dining venues and at special events, following established service standards and venue-specific procedures.
Build positive relationships with residents and guests by providing attentive, professional, and personalized service throughout the dining experience.
Maintain flexibility to work in any dining venue based on operational needs and confidently guide residents to the appropriate dining location when necessary.
Prepare dining areas for service by setting tables, stocking supplies, and completing assigned opening, closing, and side-work duties.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, including proper cleaning and sanitization of equipment, workstations, and service areas.
Review, update, print, and post menus and signage as needed.
Accurately describe menu items, daily specials, ingredients, preparation methods, and beverage offerings to residents and guests.
Demonstrate knowledge of responsible alcohol service, including identification verification, alcohol menu offerings, and proper charging procedures.
Ensure all food, beverages, and desserts are presented attractively and served at the correct temperature with appropriate accompaniments and garnishes.
Monitor resident satisfaction before, during, and after service, responding promptly and professionally to requests or concerns.
Utilize dining service technology and point-of-sale systems to:
Identify residents and authorized account users.
Enter and modify orders.
Assign tables and seats.
Process resident charges, credit card transactions, and cash payments.
Accurately close and split checks as required.
Understand dining room operations and service flow, making appropriate seating recommendations and resolving service issues as they arise.
Properly store, date, and label food and beverage items and document cooler and freezer temperatures according to established procedures.
Demonstrate knowledge of fire safety procedures and assist with emergency response and evacuation efforts when necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned.
