- Prior experience as server or hostess
- Excellent customer service

- Prior supervisory experience a plus
How to Serve our Residents as DINING ROOM SUPERVISOR:- Supervises team of servers -- teenagers -- high school & college students
- Greets and seats residents and visitors in welcoming manner
- Sets-up dining room for each meal
- Assigns stations and cleaning / prep work for servers
- Works closely with Dining Services Director and back-of-house team
